For HR Practitioners

Tools for the people doing the work.

Free resources, practical templates, and real plays from someone who still uses them every week. No gated lead magnets disguised as gifts. No "download this to unlock your HR potential" nonsense. Just tools that help.

How I built this library

If I wouldn't use it, I didn't build it.

Every tool in here started as something I needed for my actual job. A calculator I wish existed. A template I got tired of rebuilding from scratch. A framework I wanted to hand a direct report on a Tuesday morning without writing it again.

I build these for me first. Then I share them because HR is a small enough field that we might as well help each other. All I ask is your email so I can let you know when new tools drop.

Free Tools

Eight tools. Zero dollars. Just your email.

These are genuinely free. Drop your email, I'll send the tool straight to your inbox. I'll also send you a note when new tools land. That's the whole deal. No spam, no 14-part drip sequence, no "schedule a call to unlock the real version." Just the tool.

New tools drop often.

I add to this library whenever I build something worth sharing. Bookmark the page, follow me on LinkedIn, or join the newsletter if you want a heads up when something new lands.

"I write for the people who run HR. Not the ones who study it, not the ones who gave it up, not the ones who want to sell you a 90-day program. The people in the chair. If that's you, you're home."
